Job Profile Summary:
The IT Transformation Manager will support the Head of IT Transformation in maintaining a division-wide view of strategic initiatives. The IT Transformation Manager is responsible for managing and in certain instances, delivering all aspects of certain key strategic initiatives. The IT Transformation Manager will work with and support initiative leads, to bring together cross functional teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of key technology initiatives, to realize clear value and benefits to the organisation.

**Job Description**:

- Support Head of IT Transformation in driving implementation of initiatives in line with the IT and Digital Strategy
- Manage the tracking and monitoring of execution and change management efforts across the PACS Technology, including collaboration efforts with other PACS functions and Group Technology
- Manage delivery of IT Transformation initiatives
- Support implementation and adoption of Agile practices and processes.
- Implement and automate key value metrics and OKR practices across IT and Digital Org
- Define the value drivers, respective metrics and SLA commitments
- Enable performance tracking and transparent reporting, and identify opportunities for improvements
- Support initiatives to embed user and customer-focus culture and practices within IT & Digital Org

Working Experience
- More than 7 years of work experience in FSI and at least 3 years in Insurance
- More than 3 years of work experience in leading complex transformation projects and programs covering technology, digital and operations space
- Experience in driving change management
- Experience in managing large programs in complex international organisation
- Experience in managing Agile and lean projects

Education
- Bachelor in Business, Finance, Technology or equivalent

Language
- Fluent written and spoken English
