Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Trainer | Facilitator | Consultant

We're seeking an experienced DEI professional who brings both professional expertise and life experience to the role. Someone who has navigated different workplace environments, who understands people and organisations deeply, and who can guide leaders and teams through meaningful transformation.

Your Role:
- Meet with clients to understand needs and design tailored DEI programmes.
- Develop curricula, toolkits, and facilitation guides that drive measurable impact.
- Conduct organisational DEI assessments and recommend strategies.
- Deliver workshops and facilitate sensitive conversations with leaders and teams.
- Advise on policies, ERGs, and partnerships that strengthen inclusion.
- Stay current with DEI best practices, legal updates (TAFEP, WFA, POHA), and workplace trends.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has 3–5+ years' proven experience in DEI consulting/training: designing curricula, engaging clients, tailoring programmes, and facilitating workshops.
- Understands Singapore's context (e.g., TAFEP, WFA, POHA) and can translate client needs into practical DEI solutions.
- Brings lived experience and strong facilitation skills to create safe, engaging spaces for dialogue.
- Holds or is pursuing a recognised DEI/HR/OD certification (e.g., CDP, CDE, SHRM Inclusive Workplace Culture, IHRP, or other university/industry-recognised programmes)
- Is committed to making inclusion a lived workplace reality.
