Key Role: Venture Investment Management">

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our venture investment management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sector-specific investment thesis, building a pipeline of impactful investment opportunities, and providing strategic oversight across the full investment lifecycle.

  • Drive the development of our investment thesis, identifying key sectors and trends that align with our firm's goals and values.

  • B uild a pipeline of high-quality investment opportunities through sourcing, screening, and evaluation processes.

  • Lead due diligence, financial modeling, deal structuring, and negotiations to ensure successful investments.

  • Represent the firm on portfolio company boards, providing strategic guidance and support for value creation and growth.

  • Monitor portfolio performance, guiding exit strategies to maximize returns.

  • Support fundraising efforts, managing investor relations to secure future capital commitments.

  • Represent the firm externally, engaging with founders, co-investors, and ecosystem stakeholders to build relationships and credibility.

  • Mentor junior team members, contributing to institutional knowledge development and growth.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, tax, compliance, and finance stakeholders to ensure transaction integrity and operational excellence.

">Requirements">

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.

  • A strong track record of deal leadership and board participation, with deep sector experience in one or more areas such as healthcare, education, sustainability, or energy transition.

  • Rigorous knowledge of financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and due diligence processes.

  • Experience working in emerging markets or pan-Asian investments is an advantage.

  • Passionate about impact investing, with experience using impact measurement frameworks.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders and investment committees.

  • A strong academic background, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, with CFA or MBA qualifications being advantageous.
