As a seasoned investment manager, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating early to growth-stage investment opportunities aligned with our impact mandate.
- Conduct detailed market research, financial modeling, due diligence, and investment memo preparation to support informed investment decisions.
- Lead or co-lead transaction structuring, negotiations, and deal execution to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Engage with portfolio company management teams and Boards to support strategic growth and value creation through effective governance and oversight.
- Monitor portfolio performance and assist in reporting to investment committees to ensure alignment with impact goals.
- Support follow-on investment, exit strategies, and capital-raising initiatives to maximize returns and impact.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
- Proven track record in sectors such as healthcare, education, sustainability, or energy transition.
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, with deep knowledge of valuation methodologies.
- Experience in conducting due diligence from financial, legal, and operational perspectives.
- Exposure to investments in emerging markets, particularly across Asia.
- Strong interest in impact investing and familiarity with impact measurement frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field. CFA or MBA qualifications are a plus.
