- Develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company's overall objectives.
- Lead and manage an operations team, which includes network engineers, system administrators and support staff. Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional development.
- Ability to understand and work closely with technical teams to deploy and implement technology solutions.
- Oversee the delivery of services and solutions to customers.
- Continually assess and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Implement best practices in operations management.
- Ensure operations comply with industry regulations and security standards. Oversee regular audits and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance.
- Develop and maintain an effective incident management process. Ensure quick resolution of operational issues and minimise service disruptions.
- Manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and expense management.
- Manage relationships with service vendors and other external partners. Communicate effectively with stakeholders about operational issues and strategies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- 8 years+ operational experience in operations in technology companies
- Proven leadership experience, project management and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies,
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ITIL, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies
- Certifications in project management, cloud computing, or IT service management preferred
