Our client is a venture builder who is looking for founders to build their next start-ups in the cold chain, energy storage platform and bio methane spaces. This is a unique opportunity to gain a competitive advantage by combining the strength and expertise of the venture builder and your entrepreneurial talent to build a venture that can change the world.

As a co-founder, you will be responsible for creating the vision and strategic direction, follow through with hands-on active product development combined with creating a demand for the product.

We believe that entrepreneurs can be found in all walks of life. As such, we are looking for individuals who can demonstrate a strong history of initiating change, leading and inspiring teams through challenges, and have built or grown businesses. No energy, technical or start-up experience required, just a passion for delivering impact.

**Your Background**
- 7+ years of combined professional experience in strategy, start-ups, business planning and/or venture building, ideally in (for Cold chain venture) - cold logistics, cold storage, food and beverage; (for Energy storage platform venture) - energy, battery technology, asset management; (for Bio methane venture) - Agriculture tech or waste management
- Demonstrable experience building something new i.e. new revenue lines, hobby projects, side businesses or own start-up
- Experience in a high-pressure start-up or corporate environment with exposure to multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in related fields or industries is a plus (i.e. Data & Analytics, Energy, Project Finance, Logistics, Food and Beverage, Agriculture Tech, Waste Management etc.)
- Ability to collaborate with many organizations to achieve common goals
- Ability to work successfully within small, unstructured teams
- Self-initiative and an ability to work well independently
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple, complex projects
