**What you'll be doing**
- Lead preparation of investment materials by synthesizing and due diligence analysis, then present potential investments to investment committee for approval
- Perform business due diligence including analysis of customers, competition, business models, review of financial statements, and valuation analyses
- Perform risk analysis of the potential investments; market, liquidity, legal, compliance, operational, reputation, counterparty, country risk
- Support team in sourcing new potential investments, managing deal pipeline, and screening
- Execution of investment, including the negotiation of the terms of financial instruments in coordination with the internal legal team and external law firms
- Support team by monitoring the portfolio companies/startups and provide advice for business development to support their growth
- Develop and execute exit strategies for the portfolio companies through listing or buyouts

**What you bring to EMURGO**
- Bachelor's degree (accounting or finance preferred) required
- Minimum 5 years working experiences in Venture Capital firms or global investment banks
- Team worker with outstanding communications and organizational skills
- Proactive team leader with strong positive attitude
- Eligible to work in a MAS registered fund
- Fluent in English; speaking and writing
- Singapore resident
- Open to learn and listen; to challenge in the blockchain space
