**Summary of the position**:
The Investment Director will be responsible for leading the investment strategy for our company. This individual will be responsible for managing our portfolio of investments, identifying new investment opportunities, and overseeing the due diligence process

**Responsibilities**:
Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, implementing processes and systems to improve operational efficiency for investment team

Develop and execute investment strategy in line with company goals and objectives

Perform due diligence and execute investment transactions, including terms sheets and investment agreements

Monitor and analyze investment performance, making recommendations for improvements and implementing change as needed

Provide regular reports to management and the board of directors on investment activities, portfolio performance, and market trends

**Requirements**:
**Working hours**:
Monday - Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm)

Saturday (8.30 am to 3.00 pm)
