This key role within the Keppel Credit Fund Management team focuses on investment activities and managing the end-to-end investment process. The primary responsibilities include originating, structuring, and executing financing transactions, with the goal of maximizing risk-adjusted investment returns for the funds under management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate, analyze, structure, negotiate, recommend, and close new deals, including due diligence and legal documentation, in accordance with the investment mandate.
  • Monitor key markets to source suitable investment opportunities and recommend strategies for long-term risk-adjusted returns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investment partners, service providers, brokers, and other market participants.
  • Assist in generating market awareness of Keppel's Credit Fund mandate.
  • Plan and implement asset management strategies and investment exits. Responsible for periodic reporting, including investor reports and bespoke investment reports.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Job Requirements
  • At least 12 years of relevant experience in origination and execution of transactions in the Asia-Pacific infrastructure financing, project financing, leverage financing, or private credit space.
  • Proven experience in structuring, credit analysis, and preparing credit memorandums.
  • Experience in infrastructure sectors (e.g., renewables, power & utilities, transport, logistics, digital, social infrastructure) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ESG or sustainability principles in investment execution is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced, high-growth environment, with high levels of intellect, drive, and energy. Process-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Self-motivated, hands-on, entrepreneurial, resourceful, meticulous, and results-driven.
