About the role

We are seeking a highly accomplished Investment Professional to spearhead our investment and divestment initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the entire transaction lifecycle, from initial strategic assessment through to successful completion. Your responsibilities will include leading critical negotiations of transaction documents and driving the due diligence process. A key to your success will be your ability to leverage sophisticated financial modeling skills to provide analyses and recommendations to senior management. This position offers a platform to apply your financial acumen and strategic insights to high-stakes opportunities, directly influencing the organization's growth.

Skills and experience needed

The ideal candidate will possess about 10 years of experience within top-tier financial services, including a strong foundation from a "Big 4" accounting firm (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC) focusing on Corporate Finance, M&A, or Valuations, or within a bulge-bracket investment bank with exposure to deal execution and financial analysis. Further experience in making and managing investments within a Private Equity firm or Investment Fund is required. Demonstrated expertise in leading negotiations of complex transaction documents and thorough due diligence is essential. You must have exceptional financial modeling skills, including building sophisticated models and insights extraction. Proficiency in advanced Excel (including VBA and macros), Word, and PowerPoint is required. Occasional travel may be involved.
