Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Membership team.

About the Role

This is a critical position that requires strategic thinking and strong leadership skills. As a Member Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for planning and executing engagement strategies with member organisations to support their development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans to engage member organisations and partners to grow a vibrant social service sector and membership base.
  • Identify strategic partners and assess their needs.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board and agency heads.
  • Manage approximately 50 accounts, including service and development plan updates.
  • Develop SSA Plans and organise engagement visits.
  • Build relationship managers to closely engage with strategic member organisations, overseeing their capability development and reporting outcomes.
  • Develop a backbone enterprise system involving project planning, stakeholder consultation, and system review to ensure relevance and efficiency.
  • Engage with social purpose agencies through outreach and processing membership applications.
