About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at FedEx. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and potential customers, addressing their business needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales quotas and contribute to overall organization goals
- Build and maintain strong rapport with current and potential customers through face-to-face interactions
- Understand potential customers' needs and accurately determine if customers are a suitable fit for our product and services
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Independently plan, prioritize, and organize workload to meet deadlines and targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least two (2) years of work experience in commercial or industrial sales is required
- For Associate level, 0-1 year of prior experience is required
- For Senior level, three (3) years of work experience in commercial or industrial sales is required
