Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our B2B team as an Executive in Account Management. The Executive will play a pivotal role in managing key client accounts, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term relationships with our B2B clients. Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Conduct regular account reviews and meetings with clients to review performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges. Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to deliver integrated solutions and value-added services to clients. Sales Growth and Business Developmen t: Drive revenue growth through proactive sales efforts, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability and ensure alignment with company objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B account management, sales, or business development roles, with a proven track record of success. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients at all levels. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, able to develop and execute complex account plans and sales strategies.
