Product Manager - Foreign Exchange

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of innovative foreign exchange solutions.

This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in product lifecycle management, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement. As a key bridge between business, technology, and operations, you will own the product vision and drive end-to-end execution from ideation to launch and beyond.

About the Role
  • Oversight of full product lifecycle from concept to market launch.
  • Translation of business objectives and user needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Leadership of cross-functional teams to drive FX and payment solution development.
  • Creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Project management and tracking, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Serving as internal SME for FX and cross-border payments, supporting sales and client onboarding.
  • Contribution to business plans, proposals, and client presentations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product or project management within fintech, FX, or digital wallet space; or product control, middle office, or risk roles related to FX or derivatives in financial institutions.
  • Strong domain knowledge of foreign exchange markets.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with ability to lead multiple workstreams.
  • A self-starter with growth mindset and passion for building meaningful products.
  • Conversational proficiency in Mandarin language.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leverage expertise in product lifecycle management to develop innovative FX solutions.
  2. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product strategy.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FX regulations and compliance requirements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and implementation.
  6. Provide thought leadership on FX industry developments and emerging trends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
  • Additional 2-3 years of experience in product or project management within fintech, FX, or digital wallet space.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful product launches and driving business growth.
