Job Title: Electronic Foreign Exchange Trader

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced electronic foreign exchange trader to join our team. As a key member of our trading desk, you will be responsible for managing electronic market making books under given risk limits and ensuring effective risk management.

You will develop and monitor electronic market making activity on the FX market in Asia, including spot, NDF, and precious metals. Additionally, you will work closely with sales teams to understand client requirements and improve our offerings.

Key responsibilities include analysing trade, market, and other data to propose and develop new models, striving for excellence in robustness and competitiveness of the eFX trading product, and ensuring compliance with SRAB/Volcker laws and Societe Generale procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Business, or equivalent field.

  • A few years of experience in electronic market making in FX spot, NDF, or precious metals.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience in FX voice market making and working with sales teams is an advantage.

  • Reliable professional conduct and good written and verbal communication skills.
