Engaging proactively with stakeholders in Singapore and the APAC region, including business, technology, finance/PCG, and operations, to support clients and the trading of Markets products, such as FX/Foreign Exchange, Money Markets, and etc.
- Driving and implementing sustainable processes, automation/migration initiatives, and adhering to policies.
- Collaborating closely with Operations Control to develop and comply with an effective control framework that meets Audit, Compliance, and Regulatory requirements.
- Also involved in shaping and establishing standardized and sustainable operational workflows and service standards for new product launches in the APAC FXLM business.
- Additionally, responsible for preparing and publishing comprehensive MIS information for regular management updates and focusing on digitization, automation, and reducing manual touch points.

In terms of risk management, overseeing and executing critical core operations activities to ensure continuous monitoring of processes, risks, and controls, with timely escalation of potential risks. Facilitating risk closeout for market transactions as a trusted Operations partner and advisor. Collaborating daily with global clients, trading, and operations teams to provide solutions and identify/resolve root causes. Serving as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, identifying trends, synergies, and weaknesses across products and regions, and recommending control enhancements as necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills required**

Include a degree or equivalent work experience, a minimum of 7 years of experience in Tier 1 global financial institutions with a focus on operational activities in FX/Foreign Exchange, Money Market, and Fixed Income products.
