As a Product Manager, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond. This high-impact role requires a driven and strategic leader to lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge foreign exchange and cross-border payment solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of foreign exchange and be able to translate business vision and user needs into actionable product requirements. They will drive the end-to-end execution of FX and payment solutions in collaboration with tech, ops, compliance, legal, and risk teams.

The successful candidate will create and maintain product roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market strategies, track project milestones, resolve blockers, and report on progress to key stakeholders. They will also conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and product gaps.

This role requires a self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for building meaningful products. The ideal candidate will be conversational in Mandarin and have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Translate business vision and user needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Drive the end-to-end execution of FX and payment solutions in collaboration with tech, ops, compliance, legal, and risk teams.
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Track project milestones, resolve blockers, and report on progress to key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and product gaps.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in product or project management in the fintech, FX or digital wallet space; or product control, middle office or risk roles related to FX or derivatives in financial institutions.
  • Strong domain knowledge of foreign exchange.
  • Understand Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
