Foreign Exchange Settlement Specialist

About this role:
- We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key position in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the settlement of foreign exchange transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
- To proactively engage with stakeholders across the country and region to support business operations.
- To drive the implementation of sustainable processes, automation initiatives, and adherence to policies.
- To work closely with Operations Control to develop and maintain effective control frameworks that meet audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- To ensure robust infrastructure and tools are in place to manage risk and deliver high-quality services to clients.
- To prepare and publish strong management information for regular updates.
- A degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- 3-7+ years of experience in Tier 1 global financial institutions, handling large projects and operational activities in Foreign Exchange products.
- A strong risk management and control mindset.
- A balanced view of external and internal best practices.
- Self-reliance, good problem-solving skills, and results-oriented behavior.
