Technical Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and commissioning machines at customer premises, training customers on the operation and maintenance of these machines, and providing technical support to customers through emergency service calls and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and commission machines at customer premises
  • Train customers on the operation, functions, programming, and maintenance of machines
  • Provide technical support to customers through emergency service calls and phone calls
  • Liaise with suppliers on non-standard issues and requirements
  • Support branch offices and head office as needed

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, minimum 3 years of experience in SMT/SEMICON/FA, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate must possess their own vehicle and a valid driving license.

Desirable Skills:

  • Degree / Diploma in Electronic or Electrical Engineering
