Job Title:

Field Service Technician

Description

The role of a Field Service Technician involves delivering technical support to clients, including the installation, commissioning, repair, and preventive maintenance of laboratory, research, and analytical equipment. This position requires strong technical skills, as well as effective communication and customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver after-sales support to clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks and high-quality results.
  • Provide technical advice and consultation to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions within the required timeframe.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate service reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum National ITE Certificate (NITEC) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in servicing and maintaining equipment.
  • Work at Height certification is an added advantage.
  • Possessing a valid driving license is also beneficial.
