As a Field Service Engineer for Process Automation business, you will be responsible for executing medium to high complex service work according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB Standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. Reporting to Field Service Manager, you will be delivering excellent customer service to satisfy customers. In close cooperation with customer and other ABB teams, take actions to identify new service business opportunities for ABB. This position is based in Singapore.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Performing low to medium complex service tasks like installation, commissioning, maintenance, upgrades and retrofits, repair, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activities
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by executing service work according to customer order and expectation
- Creating and maintaining a good relationship with customers and understands their needs
- Coordinating, preparing and ensuring that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for service activities
- Preparing all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative. Reporting work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed
- Creating standards or job durations
- Proactively identifying potential equipment failures and proactive corrective actions. Troubleshooting complex equipment failure and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in future

**Your background**:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Require 2-5 years’ experience in service business, marine and ports industry
- Experience in service execution, and service business
- Team working and high standard of HSE practices
- Analytical, never gives up, knows to prioritize
