**Our Client**:
Our client is a leading distributor of life sciences research and medical equipment. They are actively seeking for a Field Service Engineer to join their team in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain medical devices at customer sites within the assigned region
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions
- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement
- Deliver technical training to clients and internal staff as needed
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports, documentation, and inventory management
- Provide remote support and guidance to clients when necessary
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices.

**The requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field service engineering. Prior experience with surgical instruments is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proactivity, teamwork, and collaboration skills
