Technical Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.

  • The role involves providing technical support to clients, ensuring optimal performance of equipment, addressing customer issues and inquiries promptly, conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance, and staying up-to-date with the latest technical skills and knowledge.
  • To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2-3 years of experience as an electrical or mechanical engineer, background in semi-conductor industry is an asset, Japanese speaking ability is a valuable skill, and ability to work independently and ask for support when needed.
