Job Title: Revenue & Distribution Manager

The successful candidate will drive revenue growth and market positioning across diverse international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing & Inventory Management
    • Oversight of pricing strategies and inventory management to ensure alignment with company standards and policies.
    • Regular review of business performance across managed properties, including analysis of rates, inventory, competitor performance, booking pace, and sales strategies to optimize revenue and RevPAR.
  • Revenue & Market Analysis
    • Conducting regular analysis of market trends, competitive positioning, and industry changes to identify revenue opportunities.
    • Implementing strategies to drive revenue generation and market share growth, contributing to overall profitability.
    • Active management and evaluation of revenue management system decisions, ensuring optimization of revenue outcomes.
  • Direct Booking & Online Distribution
    • Collaboration with the loyalty program team to improve the property's direct booking performance.
    • Management and oversight of the online distribution strategy for all sales channels, ensuring effective digital presence and rate competitiveness.
    • Ensuring rate parity and monitoring the competitiveness of pricing across all channels.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting
    • Providing and updating monthly revenue forecasts, contributing to accurate financial planning for managed properties.
    • Participation in the annual budget and rate rationalization exercises, ensuring strategic alignment with revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Economic Studies.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in revenue management, pricing, or distribution within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality markets in Singapore, Australia, China, and Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and hotel management systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
