Role Overview

Our organization seeks an accomplished Customer Success Manager to spearhead customer engagement and growth in Singapore.

This role is pivotal in cultivating lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, driving satisfaction, retention, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture a portfolio of high-value customer accounts
  • Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Regularly engage with customers to reinforce relationships and maximize the value they derive from our solution
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling that align with customer needs and drive business growth
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions and drive impactful results

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in B2B SaaS environments
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Track record of identifying opportunities and driving customer growth
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies

Additional Requirements:

  • Fluency in Japanese
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
