As a key member of the front office, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, providing exceptional service to guests, and acting as the primary point of contact for any guest concern or Hotel emergency.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the smooth operation of front office functions.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to guest concerns and issues.
- Act as the key contact for any guest issue or Hotel emergency, escalating matters to Senior Management when necessary.
