Job Description

The Outlets Manager is a key role within the Food and Beverage department, responsible for leading the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Located in the heart of Singapore, our hotel offers stunning views and a range of amenities, including multiple dining options, meeting spaces, and a world-class spa.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily Front of the House and Heart of the House operations, monitoring reservation status, and communicating with the culinary team. They will also plan and control manning to meet business needs, check the appearance and cleanliness of the outlet, and ensure that service standards are achieved and followed.

Additionally, the Outlets Manager will lead the F&B team to personalize the guest dining experience, ensure hygiene and food safety compliance, and maintain high levels of quality and presentation. They will work closely with the culinary team to create attractive food products that support the image of the outlet and incremental business volume.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years in F&B restaurant management position
  • Experience in similar size/style of 5* hotel

  • Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office-Words & Excel
