
Dynamic Hotel Front Desk Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team.
- Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Operations Managers to maintain efficient operations and uphold brand standards.
- Handle day-to-day front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Coach and guide team members to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Cross-functional collaboration to fulfill and meet guest expectations.
- Demonstrate commitment to guest safety and satisfaction by participating in emergency response procedures.
- Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience as a team leader in Front Office/Guest Relations within a hotel environment, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to perform independently and as part of a team.
- Technical skills: Ability to use basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Availability: Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
