Hotel Front Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Operations Managers to maintain efficient operations and uphold brand standards.
  • Handle day-to-day front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Coach and guide team members to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to fulfill and meet guest expectations.
  • Demonstrate commitment to guest safety and satisfaction by participating in emergency response procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience as a team leader in Front Office/Guest Relations within a hotel environment, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to perform independently and as part of a team.
    • Technical skills: Ability to use basic Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Availability: Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
