Head of International Trade Strategy


About the Role:

This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive trade strategy across international markets.


  • Develop and implement trade strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute trade plans and achieve results
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform trade strategy decisions
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of trade strategies and identify areas for improvement

Main Responsibilities:

In-store Activation Management

  • Develop and implement in-store activation plans to drive sales and brand awareness
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure aligned strategies
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve activation goals

POSM Development

  • Design and develop point-of-sale materials (POSMs) to support trade strategies
  • Collaborate with agency partners to ensure high-quality POSMs
  • Maintain quality standards and timelines for POSM development

MyPS (Perfect Store)

  • Develop and implement MyPS program to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Work with sales and distribution teams to ensure successful program execution
  • Measure and analyze program results to inform future strategies

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in trade strategy and management. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in trade strategy and management
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and brand awareness through trade strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
