Responsibilities

Market & Strategic Leadership
  • Analyze logistics and trade market trends across SEA and Oceania to identify opportunities and risks
  • Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to the Head of Department (HOD)
  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals
Business & Financial Management
  • Manage full profit and loss responsibility for regional operations
  • Lead initiatives to improve cost efficiency, profitability, and business scalability
  • Address and resolve regional business challenges or disruptions promptly
Customer & Partner Engagement
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and regional logistics partners
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align business execution with customer expectations
Team Leadership & Internal Collaboration
  • Guide and motivate teams to achieve business targets and strategic objectives
  • Foster a goal-oriented, collaborative, and high-performance work culture
  • Monitor staff performance using KPIs and implement development plans as needed
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal departments to support trade operations
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the logistics industry
  • Strong knowledge of cross-border logistics and trade operations in SEA and Oceania
  • Proven ability to manage P&L and deliver sustainable business growth
  • Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
