The role of Payroll and HR Manager is to oversee the efficient management of employee payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing payroll computations, allowances, deductions, and statutory submissions.
- Handling employee claims and liaising with government authorities on levies and waivers.
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing effective HR policies and procedures across the organization.

- Overseeing repatriation processes for work permit holders.
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc payroll and costing reports for management and employees.

Additional key responsibilities include arranging relief replacement transfers (RRT) for workers and maintaining accurate employee records.
