As an HR Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of our organization's human resources department.
Main Responsibilities- We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to manage our payroll for 200 headcount, ensuring timely and accurate processing of salaries, claims, benefits, and statutory compliance.
- The successful candidate will also support our HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- This role involves handling blue-collar workforce matters, such as mobilization, accommodation, and policy compliance, while providing exceptional customer service.
- You will assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, company events, and offer general HR administrative support.
- Able to commence work within one week of joining.
- A Diploma in HR or related certification is essential.
- A minimum of three years of experience in HR/payroll is necessary.
