We're seeking a talented Country Manager to lead our sales efforts in Singapore and the Philippines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in Singapore and the Philippines.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to develop and execute sales enablement programs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure NetApp remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of the storage and infrastructure market, with a focus on enterprise sales.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
