Senior Vice President, Digital Platform Delivery Lead

DBS Bank is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Vice President, Digital Platform Delivery Lead to join our Technology team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-impact digital programs and projects that drive business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex digital programs and projects.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Manage and mitigate risks associated with digital program and project delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and vendors.
- 10-15 years of progressive management experience in digital program and project management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex digital programs and projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver high-quality results.
