Senior Vice President of Strategy and Communications

Teneo is seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President to lead our Strategy and Communications team in Singapore. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated communications strategies that drive business growth and reputation management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead reputation management and advisory services for multinational clients, leveraging regional geopolitical and business analysis to advise on opportunities and reputational challenges.
- Oversee communications planning and deployment, developing and implementing tailored narratives, integrated communications plans, and innovative campaigns.
- Develop and deploy communications strategies, leveraging research, insights, and discussions with clients to create effective messaging and engagement plans.
- Lead account delivery, managing a team of experts to deliver high-quality client servicing and acting as the main point person with clients.
- Establish long-term senior relationships by offering valued, strategic counsel and have a track record of retaining clients.
- Support new business development, actively building a network of new client/prospect relationships, working on new business opportunities, and participating in client pitch meetings.
- 10-15 years of related experience in corporate communications and/or financial communications, preferably in a consultancy environment.
- Ability to take complexity and translate effectively, with a creative and strategic approach to reputation management.
- Strong ability to convey strategic and financial messages in written materials, financial models, and data analysis.
- Expertise in handling complex, ambiguous briefs and galvanizing high-stakes relationships with regional and international media.
- Leadership skills, with strong management and organizational skills, and the ability to develop and execute multi-platform strategies for clients.
- Executive presence, with gravitas, confidence, and the ability to present to a CEO (C-Suite leadership team).
