Senior Vice President of International Sales

OPSWAT is a leading cybersecurity company providing innovative solutions for enterprises worldwide. As a Senior Vice President of International Sales, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our international sales efforts.
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building sales teams and territories to exceed sales targets in international markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive international sales strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive international sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Lead and expand a high-performing international sales team.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, distributors, and customers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies that drive growth and meet customer needs.
- Provide insights into market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience as a VP of Sales, leading sales teams and territories in international markets.
- A strong track record of building sales teams and territories to exceed sales targets in a technology or cybersecurity environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team towards achieving exceptional results.
- Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, particularly as it relates to critical infrastructure and how OPSWAT can win.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to different cultures and business practices.
