Global HR Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a seasoned operations professional to oversee and establish global-level operations in HR Service Delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and communicate HRSD Level Agreements, performance metrics, and KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and auditing standards while following established procedures.
- Manage the priorities of various HRSD workstreams to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of managerial experience in HR Service Delivery Management across multiple geographies or at a global level.
- Experience in setting up and managing a Service Delivery Centre across various global locations.
- Prior leadership experience in HR Transformation, HR Operations, and Shared Services, particularly in a customer-centric environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems, such as Oracle HCM or similar platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, change management experience, and the ability to drive process improvements.
Additional Information:
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a track record of delivering results through operational excellence. Flexibility regarding relocation is required for this role.
