Job Title: Strategic Workforce Manager

This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic workforce plans to ensure optimal staffing levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, forecast future requirements, and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Scheduling and Optimization: Design and manage daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules, ensuring that staffing levels are balanced and optimized.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor attendance, overtime, and prepare reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Recruitment Coordination: Work with the recruitment team to fill open positions and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all staffing plans adhere to labor laws and regulations, monitoring overtime to prevent non-compliance.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine staffing planning processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, providing recommendations to management on optimization strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE O Level qualification required.
  • 1 year of relevant working experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in workforce management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR policies.
