Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at WHS Logistics Pte. Ltd. as a Logistics Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating customer logistical needs, interfacing with operations, and ensuring a high-quality service level to all parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistical Coordination: Coordinate customer logistical needs, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily activities for all customers with optimization and anticipation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock and orders in the system, and perform system inventory reconciliation, weekly cycle count, and stock-take.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer complaints or inquiries, manage customer expectations, and maintain a high-quality service level to all parties.
  • Reporting and Administration: Assist with generating required monthly KPI reports, assist with customers' weekly and monthly reporting, and perform reporting of Key-Performance Indexes (KPIs) accurately and on-time.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP/GDP Guidelines, and ensure the team adhered to ISO procedures, local authority regulatory guidelines on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) / Good Distribution Practice (GDP) as well as the client's Regional Quality System in Inventory Management.
Requirements
  • Anticipation and Quality System: Anticipate and respond to customer needs, and ensure that the quality system is maintained and adhered to.
  • Inventory and Arranging: Manage inventory levels, arrange for goods collection and delivery, and ensure data integrity for all inventory transactions updated in the system.
  • Formulation and Troubleshooting: Formulate and implement solutions to customer complaints or issues, and troubleshoot root causes for any inventory variances.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with the Operations Department, and work collaboratively with the team to ensure that customer needs are met.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Inventory Management: Experience in inventory management, including managing inventory levels, monitoring stock and orders in the system, and performing system inventory reconciliation, weekly cycle count, and stock-take.
  • Customer Service: Experience in customer service, including handling customer complaints or inquiries, managing customer expectations, and maintaining a high-quality service level to all parties.
  • Reporting and Administration: Experience in reporting and administration, including generating required monthly KPI reports, assisting with customers' weekly and monthly reporting, and performing reporting of Key-Performance Indexes (KPIs) accurately and on-time.
