About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring and managing System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software distribution, operating system deployment, and patch management.

  • Deploy, configure and manage SCCM for software distribution, operating system deployment and patch management.
  • Monitor SCCM infrastructure for performance and reliability, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for SCCM processes, configurations and best practices.
  • Conduct regular assessments of endpoint firmware vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation efforts.
Skillset and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Technology Engineer with strong technical skills, especially in areas related to end user computing including desktop, Microsoft Office O365, MDM/Intune, SCCM, application packaging, Windows GPOs, Windows AD & Infrastructure domains.

  • Bachelor's degree in IT and 5-7 years' experience in end user computing and desktop engineering role within a Banking or FI industry.
  • Strong analytical skill with proven ability to work well in a challenging technical environment, multitask whilst delivering high quality solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
