We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HSE Professional to support our global operations in construction and engineering sectors.
The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of relevant experience in HSSE management, focusing on HSE systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert HSE advice to corporate and project teams.
- Support risk assessments, compliance guidance, and HSSE improvements during project phases.
- Mentor and develop HSE trainees, enhancing team knowledge and skills.
- Conduct HSE audits and monitor compliance with industry regulations.
- Lead investigations on HSSE incidents and propose corrective actions.
- Foster HSSE culture through leadership and behavior-based safety programs.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to uphold HSSE standards across projects.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE roles, with a strong background in HSE systems, programs, and personnel management.
- Internationally recognized qualifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001).
- Proven experience in root cause analysis and incident investigations.
- Experience supporting corporate project teams and managing HSE compliance and risks.
- Experience working in Japan is preferred but not mandatory.
