Job Description:
As a seasoned HSE Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive health, safety, and environmental (HSE) frameworks across our data center development projects.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing, leading, and driving HSE programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
  • Implementing safety training programs, conducting risk assessments, and performing root cause analysis to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Developing and updating HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensuring contractor compliance with HSE policies and procedures, and managing reporting and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety/Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in the data center/critical facilities/ports environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel between sites as required.
  • Experience in handling incident reports and conducting thorough investigations.
