Job Description

Safety and Compliance Expertise:

We are seeking an experienced HSE site management professional to oversee the implementation and monitoring of a site safety management system. This role will support management in safety-related matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate HSE policy and requirements through regular inspections and internal audits.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading incident investigations, addressing control measures, and ensuring timely incident reports. They will also be responsible for maintaining relevant HSE documents, reports, communications, and requirements, as well as ensuring HSE compliance with ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor a site safety management system.
  • Support management in safety-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate HSE policy and requirements through regular inspections and internal audits.
  • Lead incident investigations, address control measures, and ensure timely incident reports.
  • Maintain relevant HSE documents, reports, communications, and requirements.
  • Ensure HSE compliance with ISO standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education and Certifications:

  • Diploma in Workplace, Safety & Health or equivalent qualification.

Experience and Skills:

  • At least 3 years post-registration experience in a similar role.
  • Practical experience in a similar role with LTA projects is mandatory.
  • Experience in Civil road works and heavy lifting matters.
