Job Summary

As a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of effective HSE strategies across all projects and operational sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and evaluate organizational HSE performance to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and implement a robust workplace safety and health management system.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on HSE aspects to enhance awareness among workers and promote a culture of safety.
  • Develop measurable KPIs for projects in accordance with statutory regulations and conduct regular safety inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Review risk assessments and Safe Work Procedures (SWPs) bi-annually or periodically and provide training for operations activities to ensure HSE representatives are well-equipped.
Requirements:
  • Degree in HSE or a related field.
  • MOM Registered WSH Officer.
  • ECO certificate advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years construction experience.
  • Familiarity with ISO and BizSafe standards.
  • Strong leadership, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills.
