Beverage Experience Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Barista to join our food and beverage team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant and memorable dining or drinking experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service throughout the guest's dining journey, ensuring they feel welcome, comfortable, and thoroughly attended to.
- Drink Preparation: Prepare a variety of coffee-based beverages and teas, maintaining drinkware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation.
- Order Management: Operate Point of Sales (POS) Systems when managing orders, addressing customers' queries on different types of beverages.
- Prepare and Serve Coffee Beverages: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages with precision and consistency.
- Educate Customers: Educate customers on coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods to enhance their experience.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Teamwork and Time Management: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage time efficiently.
- Availability: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
