Seeking a visionary solutions architect to design and lead enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations. You will collaborate with leading enterprises to develop end-to-end solutions that align business processes with ITIL best practices, unlocking the full potential of Technology Workflows (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) for operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years' experience in IT or customer support organizations, with 3 years working as a technical consultant or business analyst in the delivery implementation of ServiceNow, focusing on Technology Workflows (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM).
- Required Skills:
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications with a minimum of 1 CIS certification;
- Good understanding of SQL, XML, and web-based technologies;
- Fluency in English;
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Singapore public sector experience will be advantageous.
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to driving digital transformation through ServiceNow's powerful platform, collaborating closely with clients to deliver customized solutions tailored to their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead solution implementation projects;
- Own technical and business design of the end-to-end solution during implementation;
- Conduct design reviews and data quality assurance;
- Manage and communicate with external client teams during the sales process and post-sales deliveries;
- Lead and participate in RFPs and provide technology solution content;
- Audit existing clients' implementation and recommend enhancement.
