ServiceNow Implementation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant to support the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across various enterprise domains.

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow applications across ITSM, CSM, GRC, HRSD, ITOM modules.
  • Develop custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and scripting.
  • Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Perform platform upgrades, patching, and health checks.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via REST/SOAP, MID servers, and other interfaces.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation support.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, features, and industry best practices.
  • Perform regular system audits and ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and provide ongoing support to end-users.
Required Skills
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Strong grasp of ServiceNow scripting (Client Script, Business Rules, Script Includes).
  • Experience with at least one ServiceNow module (e.g., CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITSM, ITOM).
  • Knowledge of CMDB, Service Catalog, and Access Control Rules.
  • Experience integrating external systems with ServiceNow (REST, SOAP APIs).
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA) & Certified Application Developer is a must; one or more CIS certifications (ITSM, HR, CSM, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
