The ServiceNow Technical Consultant will support the design, configuration, and implementation of enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions. This role involves hands-on development, integration work, and contribution to workshops and solutioning sessions.
Main Responsibilities- Implement and configure ServiceNow applications across multiple modules.
- Develop custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and scripting.
- Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Perform platform upgrades, patching, and health checks.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems via REST/SOAP, MID servers, and other interfaces.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation support.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong grasp of ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with at least one ServiceNow module.
- Knowledge of CMDB, Service Catalog, and Access Control Rules.
- Experience integrating external systems with ServiceNow.
- Certified System Administrator & Certified Application Developer is a must; one or more CIS certifications is a plus.
