Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Learning & Development function. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy and implementation of learning programs that build staff capabilities, support employee engagement, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

The successful candidate will partner with leaders to build capacity and capabilities to achieve business plans. They will cultivate a strong learning environment where every staff member is empowered as a self-directed lifelong learner and can grow to be a leader of character and competence, achieving both personal and professional mastery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing learning strategies that build capacity and capabilities of staff
  • Leading the development and execution of a comprehensive learning & development framework for key job families
  • Overseeing leadership development and core programs
  • Driving staff development planning at the organization level
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or related fields
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing effective talent development strategies and programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness
  • Leadership experience with a proven ability to inspire and mentor staff
