Senior Learning Strategist Job Description
Job Overview

The Senior Learning Strategist will lead the development of a comprehensive learning strategy, focusing on partnership distribution. This role aims to enhance both Prudential's and its partners' capabilities through best-in-class learning content and delivery.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the learning strategic framework for partnership distribution, including facilitated and self-paced learning, L&D operations, and experiential learning expansion.
  • Collaborate with key account heads to design and develop L&D programs addressing their needs, using best-in-class methods and techniques.
  • Provide strategic guidance on country implementation plans for foundational, advanced, and specialist curriculum, working with bank partners to implement aligned market-relevant training strategies and materials.

Learning Delivery & Facilitation
  • Conduct group-led L&D sessions for senior leaders.
  • Deliver L&D content effectively, ensuring high participant engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Facilitate workshops, group discussions, and interactive activities to encourage active learning and skills development.

Evaluation & Improvement
  • Develop and implement metrics and evaluation mechanisms to assess L&D program effectiveness.
  • Analyse feedback and assessment data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.

Team Management and Collaboration
  • Support countries' L&D coordinators with guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure L&D programs align with business objectives and integrate into broader talent development initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Develop a regional training framework.
  • Build distributor capabilities in advisory, cross-sell, health & protection products.
  • Identify learning opportunities & gaps and roll out new curriculum and content.

Requirements
  • University graduate with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in developing L&D strategy for Bancassurance.
